Pair that with the Infinite card's first-year Gold status (oneworld Sapphire), which lets you book Qsuites for non-listed travelers by phone. Rent alone can also hit the $15,000 spend needed to activate the reward-fee rebate, turning the card into a self-funding Qsuite machine.

The 200,000-point bonus on the Sapphire Reserve for Business is effectively 6.67 points per dollar on the first $30,000 in six months — and that is before the 8x on Chase Travel, 4x on hotels and airlines, and 3x on social and search ads. At the 2 cents per point ceiling via Points Boost, that is $4,000 in value; at flat 1 cent it is $2,000, both well above the $795 annual fee.
