The $99 annual fee is effectively netted by the dining credit if you use it at IHG properties. That yields 56.7 points per dollar of spend, a strong earn rate. But the dining credits are not cash — they're tied to IHG hotel restaurants, which limits flexibility. Chase's Q3 cobranded spending offers run July-September 2026. Tiers include $3,000 spend for 3,000 bonus points, $6,000 for 6,000 points, and $9,000 for 12,000 points on IHG, plus category bonuses like 5x-10x on up to $1,000 in grocery/gas/restaurant spend on many cards.
