Flights earn 3.5%/3X, and other categories like tours or transfers earn 2.5%/2X. Rates are targeted, so you may see higher offers. The cashback from Capital One Shopping is redeemable only for gift cards, not cash. This is a decent return, but note that past deals (like in March) offered up to 36.5% for hotels, so this is a step down. The deal expires today.
